The Developer

Grupo Perassan is the owner and developer of the project. It is an emerging firm with an experienced team of global professionals in engineering and project development. Its goal is to create luxury, affordable and eco-friendly residential projects, that combine contemporary design with the natural and tropical aesthetics of the Caribbean region.

Reservation and payment process:

The process to reserve a unit in TAMAN is as follows:

a) After confirming the availability of the unit in the updated list of availability, the buyer must complete the reservation form and deposit a sum of US$2,000.00 to one of the communicated accounts. The unit is removed from inventory list upon clearance of the deposit.

b) The real estate agent must send Grupo Perassan the completed reservation form, a copy of the buyer’s identification and proof of payment for the unit’s reservation. After the unit is reserved, the client will have up to thirty (30) days to complete the “Know Your Client” form.

c) Once the know your client form has been received, the “Promise of Sale” contract will be sent within a week.

d) Upon countersignature of the “Promise of Sale” contract, the client will have thirty (30) business days to sign the contract and complete the 20% of the initial sale price.

e) Should we not receive the countersigned contract nor the initial down payment within the 30-day window, the unit in the inventory is automatically released to the next person in waiting. Please note that reservations are not refundable.

The form of payment is as follows:

  • The unit is reserved with US$2,000 at the signing of the Promise of Sale contract. Within 30 days of contract signing 20% of the value of the unit must be completed (that is, the buyer will pay the remaining of the 20%).
  • 40% of the sale price is completed in monthly payments from the signing of the Promise Contract until the delivery of the unit. Finally, the 40% restate is paid at the time of delivery of the unit.
  • 90% upon signing the contract and the remaining 10% with the delivery of the unit in exchange for a 5% discount.
  • 50% at the signing of the contract, 10% during construction and the remaining 40% with the delivery of the unit in exchange for a 4% discount.
  • 40% at the signing of the contract, 20% during construction and the remaining 40% with the delivery of the unit in exchange for a 3% discount.
  • 30% at the signing of the contract, 30% during construction and the remaining 40% with the delivery of the unit in exchange for a 2% discount.

The Project (the apartment units and the condominium):

The construction is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2025.

No. We are able to provide décor packages to buyers at an additional fee.

All units are prepared with AC pre-install fixings for bedrooms, living, dining and family rooms.

The Project (the apartment units and the condominium):

Taman is just a 10-minute drive to Bavaro Beach. Residents and their guests will have access to the TAMAN shuttle bus with direct beach transport.

Each apartment is assigned one parking space. Each resident will have the right to apply for additional parking spaces (approx. US$10,000)

While still working to expand CONFOTOUR laws to TAMAN, our team of developers are making their best efforts to ensure that once CONFONTOUR is secured, our buyers will have the benefit of NOT having to pay the transfer tax of the unit upon receipt (3% of the sale price), as well as such as NOT paying the PI tax for 15 years, which is equivalent to 1% of the sale price of the unit.

Yes. The buyer is free to choose the bank of their choice and Grupo Perassan will deliver all the necessary documents to process the financing.

Additionally, Grupo Perassan will have an alliance with a local bank specifically for TAMAN, which will be recommended to buyers in the hope that said bank will grant special treatment in terms of response times and favorable financing conditions to TAMAN buyers.

We approximate US$3.00 per square meter of the unit.

Yes. You will be able to rent your apartment for both short and long-term stays.

Grupo Perassan will have a service for owners, offering them the facility to place their property on the market through a digital platform, having the possibility of obtaining a return on their investment depending on the time the property is rented.
