Grupo Perassan is the owner and developer of the TAMAN project.
The process to reserve a unit at TAMAN Residences is easy and simple. First, you confirm the availability of the unit you’re interested in. Second, you must complete the reservation form and deposit the sum of USD 2,000 to one of the Grupo Perassan accounts provided to you, so your unit can be removed from the inventory upon receipt of your deposit. After the unit is reserved, you will have to complete the “know your client” form and will receive the promise of sale contract.
